Welcome to the ISQM 2011 Website

This conference aims to provide opportunities for exchange of information, good practice and ideas in international university cooperation as a key condition for quality assurance in higher education. It will provide an opportunity for academics, students, educational and quality improvement administrators and researchers to promote discussions and share knowledge, experience and expertise on the developments and best practices in Higher Education Quality Assurance. This conference will also analyze the challenges and issues pertaining to new developments, innovation, and technology based education. Policies, governance, management in education and transnational education will also be discussed.

  • Due to the large number of received papers for ISQM 2011 Conference, the evaluation process of them has started later than scheduled. We apologize for this delay. In the same time, we inform you that the results of the evaluation will be ready until 25th of May. After this date, we will communicate the results to the authors and we will give you more details about conference registration

PAPERS SUBMISSION

Manuscripts should be written according to instructions for the preparation of Camera Ready paper for the ISQM2011 Conference in English, in MS Word format. Manuscripts should be uploaded according to the requested format on the conference’s website.

Research-based papers will include a critical analysis of the current issues and challenges in higher education and quality assurance. The papers will also specify the research questions, hypotheses, methodology, data collection, findings, and discussion. 
Authors and their papers will be registered on the conference’s website.

Submission will also include the title of the paper, the name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s), contact details and e-mail address (es), as well as four key words that describe the paper and choose the appropriate topic

The accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceeding referenced with ISBN Number. 
The conference proceeding will be indexed in databases of Index Copernicus, Index Ulrichs Web, Open J-Gate, Directory of Open Access Journals and EBSCO data bases.

  • No conference fee;
  • Free access to all conference and related activities for all participants;
  • The participants - EU citizens only - who will present papers during the conference, will benefit the free accommodation and meals, according to Romanian and EU legislation.
